In fact, you can use 方 on any base 2 verb to say 'the way in which something is done', e.g. the way to drink tea - お茶飲み方。 Notice the particle change from を to の!(さちありがとう!)

is お茶の飲み方 not お茶を飲み方

the way to use the pc.
