Hi,Matt.
In Japanese it mean 愛人 is second wife or husband.
I don't think it mean 'Lover'.
...but it might 愛人 is Lover.
I think,I'm sure it Lover is only one girlfriend or boyfriend and wife or husband. 間違ってる？？
